OVERVIEW
At Native Hempie LLC (“Native Hempie”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Note on Consumables: Due to the nature of our products (THCa and hemp-derived items), we cannot accept returns on any product where the original heat-shrink seal, tamper-evident packaging, or jar lid has been broken or opened, unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING COSTS & RESTOCKING FEES
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received the wrong item or a defective product), Native Hempie will cover all return shipping costs and no fees will apply.
- Non-Defective Returns: For all other returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse, changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover processing and handling.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For insurance purposes, we may request photos of the damaged packaging and product.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened Consumables: Any hemp or THCa product with a broken seal.
- Perishable Goods: Items with a limited shelf life.
- Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
- Personal Care Goods: Beauty or topical products where the seal is broken.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Delays: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at nativehempie910@icloud.com.
