You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Native Hempie. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase hemp-derived products. Native Hempie reserves the right to refuse service and cancel orders if age verification requirements are not met.

3. Product Compliance

All products sold by Native Hempie comply with the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (Farm Bill). Products contain a total Delta-9 THC concentration that does not exceed 0.3% on a dry-weight basis. Products are not available for shipment to all states. It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that the purchase and possession of hemp-derived products is legal in their jurisdiction prior to ordering.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking any medications. Products may contain trace amounts of THC which could result in a failed drug test. Native Hempie LLC is not liable for any failed drug tests resulting from the use of our products.

5. Assumption of Risk

You assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with the purchase, possession, and use of hemp-derived products, including but not limited to any health effects, legal status in your jurisdiction, or interaction with medications. Native Hempie LLC expressly disclaims any liability for any adverse effects arising from product use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Native Hempie LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and successors from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of our products or website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party; or (d) any claims arising from the consumption or use of our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Native Hempie LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of (or failure to access or use) our website or products; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; or (c) any products purchased. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Robeson County, North Carolina.

10. Changes to Terms
